This course allows visitors to experience an active but relaxing "outdoors" and "countryside" traveling course not far from Tokyo. Mountain hiking and rafting through gorgeous areas with striking seasonal nature, as well as rich history in Japanese art and folklore. It also introduces foreign travelers to local dishes and sake made from fresh ingredients in the surrounding area, and will definitely pleasantly surprise many that such diverse nature is located this close to Tokyo.

  • Iwadonosan Maruyama Park

    Walk and hike on Mt. Iwadono

    Mt. Iwadono is designated as one of the 12 mountains with the best views of Mt. Fuji in Japan. The 634 meter mountain is the same heigth as the Tokyo Skytree, but offers a variety of hiking courses depending on your level of experience. Especially beautiful in the fall and spring for red autumn leaves and cherry blossoms, the mountain is rich with history and has a special exhibit and resting area that displays beautiful photography f Mt. Fuji. One of the best views of Mt. Fuji in Japan without needing to travel to the actual mountain makes it an attractive hiking course.

    At Yoshidaya, visitors can try the "old fashioned" taste of handmade udon noodles, with a variety of toppings such as kinpira, horse meat, and even curry udon, refreshing on both cold and hot days.

    A family and group friendly chance to experience fishing, nature walking, and outdoor Japanese BBQ.
