Yoshidaya
Yoshidaya is known for the nostalgic taste of its udon noodles that delight with a firm texture and luster that comes from the mix of hand kneading and foot-treading, a practice carried on since the establishment's first generation. Topping the bowl is horse meat and finely sliced kinpira (braised and sautéed vegetables) burdock homemade with a special recipe.
