Nakamura Sake Brewery
Located in the watershed of the Aki River known for its good ayu (sweetfish) fishing, the Nakamura Sake Brewery offers Chiyotsuru as their hallmark sake. They use the area's clear groundwater and select rice to brew their product. At the adjacent museum are displays of traditional brewing tools and documents as well as sake tasting and sales corners.
