Sugaya
Ever since it was founded in 1892, Sugaya has continued to preserve the traditions and history of Japanese confectionary art while changing with the times and offering delights that express Tsuru's uniqueness and the four seasons. Sugaya's specialties include its handmade anko sweet bean paste with its time-honored flavor and its karinto manju sweet buns crafted with handmade dark molasses.
