In this restaurant using an old home built some 250 years ago meant for village heads, you can enjoy seasonal cuisine prepared around a traditional irori hearth using ingredients procured from the mountains and river. The pleasing beat of the waterwheel outside sounds almost as if it's telling tales from long ago.
